Banaras Beads Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company will hold its 45th Annual General Meeting in Varanasi to adopt audited financial statements, re-appoint CEO & MD Siddharth Gupta as director, and confirm interim dividends of Rs. 2.25 per equity share on 66.36 lakh shares. Mrs. Jayanti Mathur is proposed as a Non-Executive Women Director, and Mr. Ajay Kumar Jaiswal will be appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26. Shareholders can vote electronically before the AGM.
