IFB Industries reported Q4 revenue at Rs. 1,312 Cr, up 23% YoY, with PBDIT of Rs. 69 Cr (5.3% margin, +28% YoY). FY ’25 revenue rose 14% to Rs. 4,977 Cr; PBDIT increased 35% to Rs. 325 Cr (6.5% margin), and PAT nearly doubled to Rs. 129 Cr. Washing machines face stagnant demand; growth expected from better management and 12-13kg models. AC segment sold 4 lakh units, turned EBITDA positive, aiming strong growth and market share gains, especially in North India. Refrigerators show strong volume growth supporting margins. Cost savings target Rs. 200+ Cr in materials with additional logistics and fixed cost cuts, targeting double-digit EBITDA margins. Engineering division expected to rebound 20%+ with new projects and high capacity utilization. Retail stores expanding to 700+ units. Management confident on volume growth and margin expansion driven by operational efficiencies.
