Konndor Industries Limited has announced a board meeting outcome including key leadership changes: appointment of Ms. Sarita Ahire and Mr. Vigil Rodrigues as Executive Directors, and Mr. Mayank Tiwari as an Independent Director, all subject to shareholder approval. The Board accepted resignations of Independent Directors Mr. Jignesh Shah and Ms. Ananya Acharya due to pre-occupation. M/s. Maitra J & Co. has been appointed as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, replacing the outgoing auditors. The Board also appointed M/s. Utkarsh Shah & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for 2025-26 and approved their appointment as Scrutinizer for the upcoming AGM. A proposal to raise funds via preferential issue of 65 lakh equity warrants aggregating Rs. 6.5 Cr to non-promoter investors was approved, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
