SBI Life Insurance Company Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 14-06-2025: Allotment of Securities

SBI Life has announced a board meeting and allotted 1.68 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each to employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018. Paid-up capital rises to Rs. 1,002.35 Cr with 100.23 crore shares outstanding. This share issuance slightly dilutes existing shareholders but strengthens employee incentives.
