Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Mr. Kurjibhai Premjibhai Rupareliya and M/s Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company Limited are making an open offer to acquire 13.24% of equity at Rs.10 per share, following a preferential allotment and purchase of 37.15% for Rs.15 Cr. Post-deal, the Acquirer will hold around 74.31% control of the company.
