Geecee Ventures reported Q4 standalone revenue of Rs. 14.93 Cr, led by real estate at Rs. 8.95 Cr and financial services at Rs. 5.65 Cr. Net profit stood at Rs. 3.38 Cr. The board has announced a meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year and proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2 per share. Internal auditor K.K. Naulakha & Co. was re-appointed for FY26. Real estate remains the key growth driver.
