Nureca has announced the proceedings of its 9th Annual General Meeting held via video conferencing. The company approved its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, re-appointed Mr. Saurabh Goyal as Director, and appointed M/s Singhi & Co as new statutory auditors. Independent Directors Ms. Charu Singh, Ms. Ruchita Agarwal, and Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma were re-appointed. The meeting also approved the remuneration for Whole-time Director & CEO Mr. Aryan Goyal and a merger scheme between Nureca Technologies Private Limited and Nureca Limited, which will affect shareholders and creditors.
