Vipul Limited — Board Meeting, 16-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Vipul Limited has announced a board meeting on June 16, 2025, approving the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The consolidated net loss widened to Rs 33.65 Cr versus a profit last year, hit by operational challenges and audit qualifications. No dividend was declared for FY25. The board appointed M/s AVA Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, M/s Vijender Sharma & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY26, and M/s Arora & Bansal as Internal Auditor for FY26. Company Secretary Sunil Kumar resigned effective June 17. The merger of five subsidiaries with Vipul is still under NCLT review.
