Nazara Technologies Limited — Important, 16-06-2025: Updates

Nazara Technologies has raised Rs. 495 Cr through a preferential allotment of 50 lakh shares at Rs. 990 each to Axana Estates LLP. The shares will be held in escrow until an open offer by Axana Estates, Plutus Wealth Management, and Junomoneta Finsol is completed. Post-open offer, these investors will join the promoter group. The equity base will expand from 8.76 crore to 9.26 crore shares, strengthening the company’s capital for growth initiatives.
