Kalpataru Projects International Limited — Others, 16-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

Kalpataru Projects International Limited has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year, and declare a final dividend of INR 9 per equity share for FY25. The board will consider re-appointing Mr. Shailendra Kumar Tripathi as Deputy Managing Director, appoint Ms. Raksha Kothari as an Independent Director for five years, and ratify the Cost Auditor’s remuneration for FY26. Additionally, the company plans to authorize creation of charges on assets up to INR 35,000 Crore to secure credit facilities. The AGM will be held via video conferencing with e-voting for members.
