Alembic Pharmaceuticals has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year, along with a dividend declaration for FY 2024-25. The board appointed M/s. KKC & Associates LLP as statutory auditors for five years and re-appointed Mr. Chirayu Amin as Executive Chairman and Mr. Pranav Amin as Managing Director for another five-year term with fixed remuneration and commission. The company will continue commission payments to Non-Executive Directors. M/s. Samdani Shah & Kabra were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and remuneration for cost audit by M/s. Diwanji & Co. was ratified. The AGM will be held via video conferencing.
