Bharti Airtel Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 16-06-2025: Record Date

Bharti Airtel has announced a board meeting on July 18, 2025, setting the record date to identify shareholders eligible for a final dividend of Rs. 16 per fully paid equity share and Rs. 4 per partly paid share for FY 2024-25. Pending approval at the AGM, the dividend will be paid within 30 days to shareholders on record as of this date, after tax deductions.
