Supra Pacific Financial Services Limited has announced a board meeting. The Board noted the resignation of Independent Director Mr. Tomin Joseph Thachankary. It approved allotment of secured, unrated, unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) totaling Rs. 4 Cr under private placement with a minimum subscription of Rs. 1 Cr, and also approved an issuance of NCDs aggregating Rs. 10 Cr. The NCDs have a 13-month tenure at an 11.5% coupon rate, secured by a first charge on company receivables. There have been no defaults or delays on existing NCD payments. The debentures will be redeemed in full at maturity.
