Pelatro Limited — Board Meeting, 17-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Pelatro has announced a board meeting on which key approvals include a preferential issue of 1.9 lakh equity shares to Atlanta Capital Pvt Ltd at Rs. 367/share, raising around Rs. 7 Cr. Post allotment, ACPL will hold about 1.8% stake. The company also approved the appointment of M/s. P. Chandrasekar LLP as statutory auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, a commission of Rs. 5 lakh each to Non-Executive and Independent Directors (total Rs. 15 lakh) was approved. The Annual General Meeting notice and annual report for FY 2024-25 were also finalized.
