DRC Systems India Limited — Board Meeting, 17-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

DRC Systems has announced a board meeting approving the acquisition of up to 50.10% stake in Inexture Solutions Limited, a tech company specializing in custom software development and digital transformation solutions. The deal, valued at up to Rs. 1 Cr, aims to boost DRC’s tech capabilities and broaden its service portfolio. Inexture reported a turnover of Rs. 812.97 lakhs for FY24. This acquisition will make Inexture a subsidiary, positioning DRC to deliver more scalable and customized IT solutions. The transaction is expected to complete within 60 days post due diligence.
