Urja Global Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company secured national registration with the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy and all State DISCOMs to implement the rooftop solar scheme ‘Har Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.’ It is launching a network of 2,68,000 ‘Urja Kendra’ outlets across Gram Panchayats, aiming to drive rural employment and green energy adoption with sales and installation of solar systems, batteries, electric scooters, and EV charging stations. This strengthens Urja’s position in India’s renewable energy transition.
