Abate AS Industries Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved a 1:1 bonus share issue, doubling equity shares from 7.88 crore to 15.76 crore, subject to shareholder approval. The authorized share capital will increase from Rs. 95 Cr to Rs. 158 Cr, also pending shareholder consent. The bonus shares will be issued from reserves and securities premium as per audited March 31, 2025 financials. The 34th Annual General Meeting will be held via video conferencing, and all related reports and voting details have been finalized. Bonus shares are expected to be credited within two months after approvals.
