Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 17-06-2025: Buyback

Dhampur Sugar Mills completed a tender offer buyback of 10.81 lakh shares at Rs 185 per share, totaling approximately Rs 20 Cr. Pre-buyback paid-up equity was 6.54 Cr shares; post-buyback stands at 6.43 Cr shares. The extinguishment of the bought-back shares has reduced the equity capital accordingly, marginally increasing promoter and foreign investor shareholding percentages. The buyback is now closed and fully settled.
