Paramatrix Technologies Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 17-06-2025: Buyback

Paramatrix Technologies completed a tender offer buyback of 4.61 lakh equity shares at Rs. 130/share, totaling Rs. 5.99 Cr. The buyback was executed between 2nd and 6th June 2025, and all bought-back shares have been extinguished. Post buyback, the paid-up share capital reduced from Rs. 115.09 Cr to Rs. 110.48 Cr, improving promoter holding from 54.76% to 57.05%.
