Abate AS Industries has announced a board meeting on which it approved a 1:1 bonus share issue, doubling the equity shares from 7.88 Cr to 15.76 Cr shares of Rs.10 each, subject to shareholder approval. The company plans to increase its authorized share capital from Rs. 95 Cr to Rs. 158 Cr.
