Polycab has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company secured a significant ₹6,447.54 Cr contract with BSNL as Project Implementation Agency for BharatNet’s middle mile network in Karnataka, Goa, and Puducherry. The deal includes ₹3,741.92 Cr Capex and ₹2,705.62 Cr Opex over a 13-year period, including construction and maintenance. This large-scale order strengthens Polycab’s presence in telecom infrastructure and will contribute to revenue visibility and long-term operational income.
