Punjab National Bank — Important, 17-06-2025: General Updates

Punjab National Bank has completed the sale of its entire 20.90% stake in associate company India SME Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (ISARC) for Rs 34.05 Cr at Rs 16.29 per share. The transaction with M/s Authum Investment and Infrastructure Limited was approved by RBI and is not a related party deal. The bank reported assets of Rs 150.08 Cr, income of Rs 36.40 Cr, and PAT of Rs 19.79 Cr. This divestment aligns with PNB’s strategic focus on core operations and capital optimization.
