Mangalam Cement Limited — Important, 17-06-2025: Updates

Mangalam Cement has announced a board meeting on financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (15%) for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval. Dividend income will be taxable in shareholders’ hands, with tax deducted at source as per category. Resident individuals receiving dividends under Rs. 10,000 or submitting Form 15G/15H will have no TDS.
