Indosolar Limited — Important, 17-06-2025: General Updates

Indosolar Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Post a capital reduction approved by NCLT, 16,03,691 equity shares were allotted to existing public shareholders, reducing their holding by 99%. The Resolution Applicant (RA) was allotted 4 Cr equity shares on a preferential basis, with 4.76 lakh shares diluted through an offer for sale. Trading in the shares will recommence and continue in the Trade-for-Trade segment, with the RA’s shares locked in until June 2026.
