Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the regularization of Mr. Tanmay Paresh Shah as a Non-Executive Independent Director and Mr. Gaurav Surendra Nair as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, both subject to shareholder approval. The board will also approve the notice for an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) to be held via video conferencing, appoint a scrutinizer for the EOGM, and authorize the Managing Director and Company Secretary to oversee the meeting and voting process.
