Lords Chloro Alkali has announced a board meeting approving a related party lease agreement with Cygnet Projects Pvt. Ltd., involving a 9,500 sq ft property for residential and office use by Whole Time Director Madhav Dhir, at a rent of Rs. 8 lakh/month (exclusive of GST). The lease is at arm’s length. The company also plans to double its Chlorinated Paraffin Wax (CPW) capacity from 50 TPD to 100 TPD at its Rajasthan plant, investing around Rs. 30 Cr via internal accruals and credit lines, aiming to boost scale, utilization, and market supply within the financial year.
