Sai Life Sciences Limited — Others, 17-06-2025: Appointment

Sai Life Sciences has announced the approval of the ratification and extension of its ESOP 2008 and Management ESOP 2018 schemes to employees of its subsidiaries and group companies, covering up to 60.99 lakh and 79.45 lakh options respectively. Additionally, Dr. Dinesh V Patel, an industry veteran with extensive pharmaceutical and biotech leadership experience, has been appointed as an Independent Director for a five-year term. Mr. Sivaramakrishnan Chittor, currently CFO since 2009, has been appointed as Whole-Time Director alongside his CFO role, with a term of five years. Both appointments were approved by members via postal ballot.
