Sai Life Sciences has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Members approved the ratification and extension of ESOP Scheme 2008 and Management ESOP Scheme 2018 to employees of subsidiaries and group companies. Dr. Dinesh V Patel, with extensive pharma leadership and R&D experience, has joined as an Independent Director for a five-year term. Mr. Sivaramakrishnan Chittor, current CFO with a long tenure at the company, has been appointed as Whole-Time Director for five years, strengthening the leadership team.
