Nureca has announced the voting results of its 9th Annual General Meeting held via video conferencing. All resolutions were approved with overwhelming shareholder support, including adoption of the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. Key approvals included re-appointment of Mr. Saurabh Goyal as director, reappointment of independent directors Ms. Charu Singh, Ms. Ruchita Agarwal, and Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma, and reappointment of Mr. Rajinder Sharma as Whole Time Director. The appointment of M/s Singhi & Co. as statutory auditors was confirmed. Remuneration for CEO Mr. Aryan Goyal’s remaining term and a merger scheme between Nureca Technologies Private Limited and Nureca Limited also received shareholder approval. The voting process was conducted transparently through remote e-voting and e-voting at the meeting without any invalid votes.
