Adani Power Limited has announced a board meeting on June 25, 2025, to consider and adopt the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company will confirm a dividend of 0.01% on its Compulsorily Redeemable Preference Shares. Mr. Rajesh S. Adani is proposed for re-appointment as a director liable to retire by rotation. M/s. Chirag Shah & Associates is proposed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, and M/s. Kiran J. Mehta & Co. has been appointed Cost Auditors for FY26 with a fee of ₹15.4 lakh plus taxes. Multiple material related party transactions for FY26, including sale/purchase of power and project management services with subsidiaries and related entities, totaling several thousand crores, will be put up for approval, all at arm’s length and in the ordinary course of business. Mr. Manmohan Srivastava and Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti are proposed as Independent Directors for three years, while Mr. Shersingh Khyalia is set to be appointed as Whole-time Director and CEO for three years with an annual remuneration of ₹9.16 crore. The AGM will be conducted via video conferencing with provisions for remote e-voting.
