Key operational highlights include a verticalised business development model, 55% growth in securitisation rated volumes, leadership in monitoring proceeds of equity issuances, and expanding international footprint via subsidiaries in Africa, Nepal, South Africa, and the launch of CareEdge Global IFSC for global scale and sovereign ratings. Technology investments advanced with AI/ML-enabled platforms, including EdgeAvira.ai for credit risk solutions. The company’s CSR spend was Rs 2.75 Cr, focusing on healthcare, education, women empowerment, and support for defence personnel. Senior management and independent directors bring diverse expertise in finance, technology, regulation, and global markets. No material regulatory or legal hurdles were reported impacting continuity or operations. Key management remuneration saw increases aligned with company performance. The company maintains robust governance, comprehensive risk management, and a transparent stakeholder engagement program.
