Larsen & Toubro Limited — Others, 17-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

Larsen & Toubro Limited has announced a board meeting on June 17, 2025, during which the 80th Annual General Meeting was conducted via video conferencing. The meeting included adoption of the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 34 per share, and re-appointments of Directors retiring by rotation. Mr. Subramanian Sarma was appointed as Deputy Managing Director and President. The appointment of Secretarial Auditors for five years and ratification of Cost Auditors’ remuneration were approved. Material related party transactions with various group companies were also approved. All 16 resolutions were passed with the requisite majority.
