Dilip Buildcon Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 18-06-2025: Conversion

Dilip Buildcon has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company completed the conversion of 8,39,352 warrants into equity shares at Rs. 328.05 per share, issuing these shares via preferential allotment. This increased the paid-up equity capital from Rs. 1,616.05 Cr to Rs. 1,624.45 Cr. Quanterra Strategies LLP and Spectrum Edge LLP received 1,89,508 and 6,49,844 shares respectively. The new shares carry the same dividend and voting rights as existing shares.
