The group reported consolidated revenue of Rs 112.10 Cr, up from Rs 104.30 Cr last year. Consolidated net profit rose to Rs 31.52 Cr, compared to Rs 32.07 Cr in FY24, showing stable profitability. The board reconstituted the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees, appointing Mr. Girish Ramnani and Mr. Prabhakar Patil as chairpersons respectively. The company also approved a revised Related Party Transactions policy to strengthen governance.
