Welcure Drugs & Pharmaceuticals has announced a ₹517 crore fee-based global sourcing and procurement mandate with Fortune Sagar Impex, Thailand. Under this Ex-Works model, Welcure will earn a fixed 5% commission on the cost of goods, translating to an estimated service income of around ₹25.85 crore for FY 2025-26. The initial shipment is planned soon after prefunding milestones, with full execution expected by September 2026. This deal strengthens Welcure’s service income without adding balance-sheet risk, highlighting a scalable growth avenue for the company.
