Filtra Consultants and Engineers Ltd has announced the transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) for shareholders whose dividend has been unclaimed or unpaid for seven consecutive years or more, including unclaimed dividend from the 1st Interim Dividend for FY 2018-19. Shareholders are urged to claim their dividends by sending a signed request to the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent by the stipulated date to avoid transfer of shares to the IEPF. Once transferred, these shares and related benefits can only be reclaimed through the IEPF Authority as per prescribed procedures.
