McLeod Russel India has announced an advertisement and reminder letters to shareholders who have not claimed dividends for seven or more consecutive years, related to the 2017-18 financial year. As per applicable rules, shares linked to these unclaimed dividends will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority’s DEMAT account if the shareholders do not claim their dividends by August 31, 2025. Shareholders are urged to update their bank details and claim their unpaid dividends through the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent to avoid transfer of shares. Claims can be later made from IEPF by following prescribed procedures.
