DJ Mediaprint & Logistics Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 18-06-2025: Dividend

DJ Mediaprint & Logistics Limited has announced a final dividend of Re. 0.10 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM. The company has appointed Ms. Vedika Mahesh Patil as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term. Ms. Nirmala Patwa resigned as Independent Director citing personal reasons. Internal auditors M/s J K & Co. and secretarial auditors Mis. Abbas Jawadwala & Associates have been appointed for FY 2025-26 onwards.
