DJ Mediaprint & Logistics Limited — Board Meeting, 18-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

DJ Mediaprint & Logistics has announced a board meeting on June 18, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board proposed a final dividend of Re. 0.10 per equity share for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Vedika Mahesh Patil joined as an Additional Independent Director for five years, bringing strong economic and strategic expertise. Independent Director Ms. Nirmala Patwa resigned citing personal reasons. JK & Co. was appointed Internal Auditors for FY26, and Abbas Jawadwala & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years. The 16th AGM is scheduled for July 23, 2025, with Mr. Dwarka Prasad Gaur recommended for re-appointment as Director.
