Shaival Reality Limited — Board Meeting, 18-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Shaival Realty has announced a board meeting on key corporate actions. The board approved and signed the Directors’ Report for FY24-25. The 29th Annual General Meeting is set for 25th July, with the register closing from 18th to 25th July. The company will shift its registered office within Ahmedabad to a new corporate park address. Importantly, the board approved the sale of land at GIDC Ranoli to related party Niche Realty Pvt Ltd, pending shareholder approval. An off-market share transmission for Mr. M.C. Desai was also authorized.
