Shaival Reality has announced a board meeting during which the Directors’ Report for FY 2024-25 was approved. The 29th Annual General Meeting will be held at the company’s new registered office in Ahmedabad. The registered office itself has been shifted to a new location in Navratna Corporate Park, Ahmedabad. The board also approved the sale of land at GIDC Ranoli to related party Niche Realty Private Limited, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, off-market transmission of shares of Mr. M.C. Desai was authorized and will be intimated to NSE.
