Elcid Investments has announced a board meeting on which approved the cessation of Mrs. Ragini Vakil as Chief Financial Officer, effective from close of business. She has resigned due to other commitments. Concurrently, her designation changed from Additional Director in Executive Capacity to Additional Non-executive Director. Ms. Shraddha Manjrekar has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. Manjrekar brings over 20 years of experience in financial management, economic research, and strategic advisory, including a long tenure at Frost & Sullivan. These leadership changes aim to strengthen the company’s senior management team.
