Supreme Power Equipment Limited — Board Meeting, 18-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Supreme Power Equipment has announced a board meeting on June 18, 2025. The board approved increasing the authorized share capital from Rs. 25 Cr to Rs. 35 Cr, pending shareholder approval. It also greenlit raising up to Rs. 21.07 Cr through a preferential issue of 12.47 lakh fully convertible warrants at Rs. 169 each, targeting both promoter and non-promoter investors. An Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled for July 14, 2025, to seek shareholder nod on these matters. Additionally, a separate bank account for the warrant issue will be opened, and Mr. Susanta Kumar Dehury appointed as scrutinizer for e-voting. Record date fixed as July 7, 2025.
