Kirloskar Brothers has announced a board meeting on June 25, 2025, to appoint Mr. M.S. Unnikrishnan as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, liable to retire by rotation. Mr. Unnikrishnan, a Mechanical Engineering graduate with advanced management credentials, is currently CEO of IITB-Monash Research Academy and has held leadership roles including MD & CEO of Thermax Group. He has previously served as an Independent Director of the company and brings significant industry and governance experience. The appointment will be subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
