Raconteur Global Resources Limited has announced a board meeting. Members have approved the appointment of Mr. Yogesh Singh Rana as Director and designated him Whole Time Director for three years. Mr. Rana brings 20 years of industry experience and holds a mechanical engineering degree. The company has also revised its Memorandum of Association to expand its business scope into bio mining, IT services, real estate and infrastructure development, security equipment manufacturing, and renewable energy sectors including solar, wind, and hydro power projects. Loan agreement terms with various entities have also been revised.
