DJ Mediaprint & Logistics has announced a board meeting on June 18, 2025, during which the Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Navinchandra Rama Sanil as an Independent Director for a second five-year term until June 17, 2030, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sanil brings over 35 years of leadership experience, including 18 years in Indian Defence (Civilian), and is expected to strengthen the company’s strategic decision-making and governance. He is not related to any promoter or director and complies with all regulatory requirements for independent directors.
