POCL Enterprises Ltd — Updates, 18-06-2025: Company Update

POCL Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the allotment of 28.86 lakh equity shares and 5.62 lakh convertible warrants via preferential issue, raising over Rs. 69.6 Cr from identified promoter and non-promoter investors. The company is also acquiring a 40% equity stake and 85% preference shares in PlanetFirst Green Pvt. Ltd., a lead recycling firm with a provisional turnover of Rs. 79.43 Cr, for Rs. 19 Cr in cash, making PlanetFirst an associate company. Additionally, Mrs. Nupur Bansal has been appointed President – Business Development and as Senior Management Personnel to lead growth and diversification efforts.
