POCL Enterprises Ltd — Updates, 18-06-2025: Company Update

POCL Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved a preferential allotment of 28.86 lakh equity shares at Rs. 202 each, raising Rs. 58.3 crore, and 5.63 lakh convertible warrants at the same price, raising Rs. 11.37 crore (25% payment received). It is acquiring a 40% stake and 85% of preference shares in PlanetFirst Green Private Limited, a lead recycling company with a provisional turnover of Rs. 79.43 crore, for Rs. 19 crore. This acquisition will make PlanetFirst an associate company. Mrs. Nupur Bansal joins as President – Business Development and Senior Management Personnel to lead growth and diversification efforts.
