Cupid Breweries And Distilleries Ltd — Updates, 18-06-2025: Company Update

Cupid Breweries and Distilleries has announced a board meeting on which it approved the appointment of Mr. Sajid Bijnori and Mr. Ajay Gandeja as Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval, following the expiry of their previous terms. To strengthen its financial position and revenue, the company plans to manufacture Alcobev products through contract bottling. It also decided to acquire the assets of Martin Judds Microbreweries Private Limited, where it holds 10% equity, and will obtain the necessary licenses to expand its beverage business.
