Jyoti Structures Limited — Board Meeting, 18-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Jyoti Structures has announced a board meeting that approved the conversion of 7.5 lakh warrants into equity shares at Rs. 13.20 each, raising Rs. 99 lakh. This increases the paid-up capital marginally to 119.07 crore shares. The warrant holder Sanjeev Aggarwal completed full payment for his allotment. This step strengthens equity capital and provides additional funds as the company progresses its operational plans.
